1. Pipe flush: We start by adding our professional grade pipe cleaner to the spa water. This will help remove any bio-film from the pipework. We leave this for around an hour.
2. Thorough Inspection: While the pipe flush is in we conduct a detailed inspection of your hot tub, checking for any signs of wear, damage, or potential issues.
3. Cover: We then start cleaning the spa cover removing any debris and grim.
4.  Component Check-Up: We inspect all components of your hot tub, including pumps, heaters, seals, and electrical connections, to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. 
5. Cleaning the shell: Our team will drain the water using our pumps. We then clean all surfaces of your hot tub, including the shell and jets.  
6. Shell care: Once the shell has been cleaned we use a chemical which helps treat and protect the shell.
7. Repair and Maintenance: If we identify any issues during the inspection, we'll discuss them with you and provide recommendations for repair or replacement. We can handle everything from minor repairs to major component replacements.
8. Filter Replacement: We recommend replacing your hot tub filters regularly to maintain water clarity and efficiency. Our service includes checking and cleaning your filters to the best we can.
9. Cover Maintenance: We inspect your hot tub cover for signs of wear and tear and provide recommendations for maintenance or replacement if needed. We then add a UVA protective spay to the cover to help keep the cover in a good condition. 
10. Refill: We would then start to refill your spa with fresh water. 
11. Adding chemicals: Once filled we then balance the water using your chemicals.
12. Before we leave: We will then do one final vac & net of the spa. Then we test the water to ensure the chemicals are within range.
